Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from HappyPaws.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for the return. Please do not send items back before contacting us. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can help.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider time to process the refund.

Sale items, used items, and items damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.
